The TIC-NL is the Dutch national traffic information system for the Ministry of Transport and the national Police Forces provided by ARS. The real-time TIC system collects, processes and disseminates all national traffic information. The TIC system has modules for authorization, validation and automated cross-referencing of conflicting data. The TIC software processes the information and distributes the traffic information to large numbers of service providers according to the DATEX protocol. TIC-NL is based on ARS InfoNet TIC.
