Hardware and electronics are an integral part of ITS solutions. ARS T&TT has its own hardware development group that is capable, in the absence of common, of the shelf hardware products, to design and produce the hardware and organise the production. ARS T&TT has its own hardware engineering staff with ITS expertise and for large series uses the assembly and production facilities of third parties at the best possible conditions, but keeps full control over the production process. The hardware development group co-operates intensively with the ARS T&TT software development group. As a result of this approach, new hardware products can be developed fast and at good commercial terms.
