On behalf of the road transport authorities of the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxemburg and Germany, ARS T&TT co-ordinates the international activities to harmonise international real-time traffic data exchange. Responsibilities of ARS include program management, technical co-ordination, auditing of sub-projects in the participating 6 countries.
