Fileplan (www.fileplan.nl) is the Internet based traffic, public transport and parking information system of the City of Rotterdam. Fileplan presents real-time traffic and travel information on a Web-based digital map. The system is based on ARS InfoNet DATEX modules that take, combine and present data on parking systems, traffic lights, bridges, road-works, incidents, events and weather.
