In 2006 ARS T&TT was contracted by the Province of Zuid-Holland to perform an analysis of traffic patterns, travel times and traffic intensities of various vehicle classes on the N209 road between Zoetermeer and Rotterdam. In particular the effects of the presence of the major greenhouses on this road and the effects of heavy traffic on congestion were analyzed.
