Realisation In-Car (RIC) is a project executed and managed by ARS T&TT on behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Transport. The project delivers low-cost in-car TravelStar systems to 1.000 road users. The TravelStar system includes hardware and software and was developed by ARS. The system provides real-time traffic information that is displayed on a color geographic map and provides positioning data that is provided through GPS.
